You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Many NEET aspirants are under 18; if you are a minor, you may use the Service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity and any charges.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial NEET preparation. All content, including notes, questions, flashcards, and software, is owned by or licensed to NEETCrack and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Certain features require a paid subscription billed in advance on the plan you select (for example, monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans).
• We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, where indicated. Unless cancelled, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price.
• You can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date through your account or app-store settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current term except as described below.
• Prices, taxes, and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect.

The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service at no cost. After you subscribe, if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play may be subject to those stores’ policies.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent security, or access it through unauthorized means.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

NEETCrack, our logo, and all related content and software are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as expressly permitted.

The Service is a study aid. While it is designed to align with the NCERT syllabus and NTA exam patterns, we do not guarantee any particular score, rank, admission, or examination outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. NEETCrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold NEETCrack harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
