• Device and technical data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, language, and crash or diagnostic logs.
• Communications — messages you send to our support team and your preferences for notifications and emails.

• Provide, operate, and personalize the Service, including chapter heatmaps, weak-spot detection, spaced revision, and daily study plans.
• Process subscriptions, payments, trials, and refunds.
• Send service-related messages, reminders, and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.

Many NEET aspirants are under 18. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to this Policy on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent; if you believe a minor has provided data without it, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to review them.
